Yes. Branded ribbon, custom tags, printed boxes, and personalized notes are available across all tiers. Send us your brand guidelines and we'll mock up options before production.

How far in advance should we place a festival order?

For Diwali, New Year, and other peak-season gifting, we recommend confirming your order at least 3–4 weeks ahead — our production calendar fills up quickly during festival months.

Do you deliver across India, or only Delhi NCR?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Delhi NCR but deliver pan-India, including to distributed and remote teams. Every shipment is tracked end-to-end, and we share delivery reports for large programs.

What if a hamper arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll replace it at no extra cost. This is standard for every order, regardless of size.

How do payments and invoicing work for corporate orders?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfer, UPI, and card payments, and issue GST-compliant invoices for every order. For recurring programs, we can also set up quarterly billing.
